Order Acceptance

facenbodyspace takes payment from your card at the time of ordering. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods and those goods are not available.

facenbodyspace will notify you by email that your order is being processed. It is your responsibility to supply a valid email address in order that we can communicate this.

Unless we have notified you that we have not accepted your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you by us of the goods and order invoice, which takes place as your product is shipped from our warehouse. It does not take place until that stage, despite that we have sent an acknowledgement e-mail.

A contract will be formed on despatch of goods together with an invoice.

The purchase of goods is subject to availability.

Making a Purchase

We accept Visa Credit and Debit Cards / MasterCard / American Express / Switch / Solo / Maestro and Pay Pal.

If you are shopping from the USA, E.U or elsewhere, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency.

All card transactions are debited before items are dispatched by facenbodyspace.

All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery charges are as stated on our website.

Processing of Orders

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. For residents in the Channel Islands, (a zero rated VAT zone) please select the country as Channel Islands not United Kingdom when you order, to ensure VAT is not charged. If you are resident in the mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man then you must select United Kingdom.

Postage / Packing

facenbodyspace cannot be held responsible for non delivery of 1st Class Royal Mail, damaged items or lost packages / parcels. We always obtain proof of postage.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered to the website. It is the user's responsibility to enter correct information.

Delivery

We aim to process orders within 48 hours from receipt of payment. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days, however please allow 14 days during busy holiday periods. International orders are generally received within 5 working days but please allow 28 days. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched you are asked to contact us by e-mail at contact@facenbodyspace.co.uk as soon as practicably possible.

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition. We will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is returned in fully re-saleable condition and returned with your receipt. Where requested, a full refund will be given (minus shipping and handling charges) within 14 working days from delivery provided that you inform us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the goods.

If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Within the order packaging, you will find a dispatch note with details of your order together with details of our returns process. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Services Team on: 0845 299 7662
